The stay was to coincide with the opera festival. The staff were courteous and always helpful. Transport arrangements to the operas were very efficient. Post-opera meals were available and very pleasant. Breakfasts were good with a lot of choice. The air conditioning (necessary in the heat) was quiet and effective. The hotel and was quiet at night - a plus. The location was good for walking to the town centre and local shops. The room was spacious and comfortable. Secure parking was another plus. Overall, the hotel was fully geared to cater for the festival. All pleasant.

I liked everything, very good hotel, cozy and familiar, impecable staff and very good bedroom, we used it to visit our daughter who is studying in the city, she was on examination period and used the hotel services for breakfast and to be with us while studying.

Given the price I was paying for the room (Festspiel prices) I was expecting it to be perfect. Fortunately it was. The hotel acceded to all the requests I made in advance and allocated me a quiet room at the back of the hotel with a view over the garden. The bar, breakfast room and patio were all pleasant with nice food. The free coach transport to and from the Festspielhaus was very welcome (although standard practice for the main hotels in Bayreuth). Air conditioning you could switch off at night, so no noise from fans or electrics.

Excellent location within walking distance from train station, bus terminus, city centre and shopping complex, extremely clean, beautiful decor, very polite staff, very quiet environment, and coffee machine.

I chose this property as it was walking distance to my grandchildren’s house. It was not only that but 5 minutes to the beautiful marketplatz of Bayreuth.

Nice decor despite only staying the night. Well kept and clean and very comfortable. Shower was amazing and bathroom essentials were of great value. Overall, I would stay here again.

Perfect location, modern hotel few steps away from the historical centre. Lovely terrace for breakfast and nicely decorated yard. Rooms have all what you might expect from the modern hotel - wifi. mini bar, tv etc. Breakfast is really nice with a good selection. Garage is really spacious.
