Beds here have always been comfortably firm. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. :) Free bicycle loan is really a nice addition, as is the free bus service to and from the Festspielhaus.

Amazing Place best Deals Prices for the Rooms with Booking. The Rooms are warm Big veryyy very Big nice design ,warm ,carpets on the Floor ,Bar with everything you want in the Fridges ohhh Free Cofee and Tea , Peanuts , all to have a nice experience and to Enjoy your stay 🤲🤗♥️♥️ The Amazing part is this H4 Hotel has a Gym and Spa section Freee for the Costumers and is Amazing Design is Small but has his own Heart . Organised very well for the festival period. Very helpful staff. Offered shuttle service to the festival house. Good location only 5 mins walk from the main centre.

I liked everything, very good hotel, cozy and familiar, impecable staff and very good bedroom, we used it to visit our daughter who is studying in the city, she was on examination period and used the hotel services for breakfast and to be with us while studying.

The stay was to coincide with the opera festival. The staff were courteous and always helpful. Transport arrangements to the operas were very efficient. Post-opera meals were available and very pleasant. Breakfasts were good with a lot of choice. The air conditioning (necessary in the heat) was quiet and effective. The hotel and was quiet at night - a plus. The location was good for walking to the town centre and local shops. The room was spacious and comfortable. Secure parking was another plus. Overall, the hotel was fully geared to cater for the festival. All pleasant.

A good choice for the festival, a coach to and from was provided. Good selection of food options available at most times of day. Short walk into town to see the shops and museums and so on.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent. All of the hotel staff were wonderful and professional to deal with.

Given the price I was paying for the room (Festspiel prices) I was expecting it to be perfect. Fortunately it was. The hotel acceded to all the requests I made in advance and allocated me a quiet room at the back of the hotel with a view over the garden. The bar, breakfast room and patio were all pleasant with nice food. The free coach transport to and from the Festspielhaus was very welcome (although standard practice for the main hotels in Bayreuth). Air conditioning you could switch off at night, so no noise from fans or electrics.

I had a great stay at this hotel. I especially loved the garden and the breakfast area. The food was just as delicious as mentioned in the reviews.
